Project Management is nothing new to the industry. It is nothing new to Servtech. We manage projects for all of our clients. We see any job as an opportunity to apply project management principles. Our clients should not have to worry about what needs to be done and how we intend to complete it. These basic management principles are inherent in our approach to every project.
What Servtech do differently from the rest, is acknowledge these basic fundamentals and apply them to every single job we carry out.
Whether we carry out a single MPI task on a piece of drilling equipment or we provide a full inspection and engineering package for an offshore drilling unit the principles remain constant.
The real art in this is to fully quantify what the client's requirements are. Examine there job specification and advise accordingly. Then give them the vehicle to see the project through to completion.
