The measure of a good service company is one which concentrates on its areas of specialisation, trains its own full time personnel in those areas of specialisation and then applies that training to the deliverable which is our end product service.

Servtech always look to provide that little bit extra. The following pages will look more closely into what we consider our specialised areas of expertise. This is where our knowledge of the machinery, its operation and the potential problems allow us to get ahead of the down time. Our product knowledge helps in the same way. Simply to carry out an NDT inspection is simply not enough. We know and understand the systems, what they are required to do and what criteria they have to operate under.

When we specialise, we do so because that is what the client needs. Sometimes the client's request is for a simple NDT inspection. It is our job to ensure that the client fully understands everything associated with that inspection, including feedback to which the client may not be knowledgeable.
